Willie Revillame’s Wowowin continues to be the most-watched weekday variety show in the country.
Based on the most recent rating data from AGB Nielsen NUTAM survey, Wowowin registered the highest rating among other daily variety shows in the country.
On Monday, June 14, Wowowin scored 5.6% rating securing the number 9 position. Wowowin’s rating was 0.5% higher than Eat Bulaga which registered a rating of 5.1% occupying the number 11 position.
TV5’s Sing Galing meanwhile scored 2.8% taking the 18th position in the top 20 most-watched weekday programs.
Another TV5 variety show, the noontime program Lunch Out Loud (LOL) meanwhile failed to enter the top 20 rating leaderboard, same with Kapamilya daily noontime variety show It’s Showtime.
Just recently, Wowowin’s Shopee special which featured John Lloyd Cruz TV comeback after 4 years of showbiz break also won in the ratings game.
The episode earned 5.3%, 1.3% higher than rival FPJ: Da King which scored 4.0%.
Wowowin host and producer Willie Revillame was instrumental in Cruz’s TV comeback. Willie is also said to produce JLC’s comeback sitcom which will air over GMA Network.
