“Everything About Her” red carpet premiere night was a success. On January 26, 2016, several stars were spotted gracing the event, including Dingdong Dantes, known as the ‘Primetime King’ of GMA Network.
However, his presence is not questionable because the movie’s director Bb. Joyce Bernal and Angel Locsin, his co-star in “One More Try”, are his friends and he did movies under Star Cinema also.
Dingdong is one star who can work with other movie outfits despite being an exclusive GMA Network contract artist. He had a two movie deal with Star Cinema in the past that was extended to three more.
He did “Kimmy Dora: Kambal sa Kiyeme”, a movie co-produced with Star Cinema; “Segunda Mano” with Kris Aquino; “Kimmy Dora and The Temple of Kiyeme”; “One More Try” with Angelica Panganiban, Angel Locsin, and Zanjoe Marudo; and “She’s The One” with Bea Alonzo. All were box office hits.
“Everything about Her” started playing in theaters on January 27, 2016. It stars Vilma Santos, Angel Locsin, and Xian Lim. The story revolves around the three and highlights the importance of family, especially during hard times and in sickness, and how these obstacles lead to forgiveness and understanding. The movie is said to be loosely based on the novel “The Devil Wears Prada.”
