On July 7, Kaori Oinuma revealed why she was emotional in the second season of the Kapamilya series He’s Into Her.

In an interview, Oinuma attributed her emotional portrayal in the series to the cast and what she learned from her character Michiko.

“Bakit ako emotional, siguro kasi ‘yung tinuro sa akin ng character ko and siguro sobrang na-appreciate ko ‘yung mga kasama ko kasi sinalo nila akong lahat, and alam nilang lahat ‘yung pinagdaanan ko ngayon Season 2 and nandiyan silang lahat para sa akin.”

She then admitted that she felt sad about one of her co-stars leaving the show and discussed how she used that experience to connect with her role.

“Well, kasama na siguro ‘yung–totoo namang nangyari talaga ‘yun. Kaibigan ‘yung tingin namin doon sa character na nawala, so masakit para sa lahat sa amin ‘yun. Di lang naman para sa akin.

“Siguro nakatulong ‘yung at doon ako humuhugot and sila Direk tinutulungan nila ako lahat.”

She recounted that she would always get teary-eyed whenever

she sees the cast missing one of its members.

“And siguro, ‘yung mga iyak scenes ko nadadala ko minsan kapag kasama ko sila lahat. Pag nakikita ko sila, bumabalik sa akin ‘yung memories na ay dati nandito siya, ngayon wala na. So, pagka ganon automatic na umiiyak na ganon. So ganon ‘yung hugot ko.”

Oinuma also cited that her experiences helped her develop her character into He’s Into Her Season 2.

“And of course, ‘yung iba kong mga experiences sa buhay, experiences nila Direk, kinukwentuhan nila ako.”
