Renowned diretor Erik Matii will be directing actress Jennylyn Mercado’s upcoming film. Hence, she was rumored to don the red-and-gold costume.
The contract signing for the film was captured and was uploaded on respective Instagram accounts of Jennylyn and Erik.
However, according to the Kapuso actress, she will be doing a reality film—a genre she has not yet tried since she started her career in showbiz.
Jennylyn also wrote on the caption, “My first movie for the year and first time working with Reality Entertainment on a genre na first time ko ding gagawin. I hope you share the excitement for #JennylynRealityMovie coming soon.”
Her caption was a clarification that she was not the one who will play the role of Darna.
