Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters is ready to make Filipinos proud!
In an interview with ANC on May 9, Rachel promised to make Filipinos proud by doing her best in Miss Universe pageant.
“It’s a responsibility,” she said. “Everyone watches the Miss Universe and representing the Philippines, it’s huge deal. I don’t want to place too many expectations on myself. All I can really do is my best and I promise to do my best. We all will. And I hope we can make the Philippines proud.”
Rachel was with Mariel de Leon, who bagged the Miss International Philippines 2017 title, who said that she has already began her preparations as she looks forward for a back-to-back win for Kylie Versoza, the reigning Miss International.
“We have our own training, same as our preparations for Binibini but more intense and more in-depth,” Mariel shared.
