Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla has finally broken her silence following AJ Raval’s recent revelation that she and actor Aljur Abrenica already have three children together.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday night, November 12, Padilla did not name anyone directly, but her message appeared to respond to the viral ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ interview where Raval confirmed that she is a mother of five—three of whom are Aljur’s children.
Kylie wrote (published as is): “Ito lng po comment ko para matapos na.
Matagal ko na pong alam pero syempre inuna po namin ang kapakanan ng mga bata.
Sobrang close sila at yun pinakaimportante.
Happy that now di na kailangan magtago. Proud of you.
Peace all around. Sana matapos na drama.”
Padilla’s calm and supportive statement drew praise from netizens, with many noting that it reflects maturity and peace between her and Aljur despite their past.
The ‘Encantadia’ star and Abrenica, who tied the knot in 2018, share two sons—Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo. The couple separated in 2021, with Aljur later admitting that he had been unfaithful. Kylie, however, clarified that AJ Raval had nothing to do with their breakup.
Raval, for her part, revealed in her interview with Boy Abunda that she has five children: Ariana, Aaron (whom she said is already an “angel”), and three with Aljur—Aikina, Junior, and Abraham.
Kylie’s post confirmed that she has long known about AJ and Aljur’s children and that their kids maintain a close relationship. “Sobrang close sila at yun pinakaimportante,” she said.
The actress’s message also seemed to put an end to speculations that there was animosity between her and Raval, emphasizing that she is “happy” now that everything is out in the open.
“Happy that now di na kailangan magtago. Proud of you. Peace all around. Sana matapos na drama,” she concluded.
A second part of AJ Raval’s interview with Boy Abunda—featuring her father, action star Jeric Raval—airs Thursday, November 13, where AJ is expected to discuss her relationship with Kylie and their children’s bond with one another.
