The popularity of “Party Pilipinas” loveteam Julie Anne San Jose and Elmo Magalona can no longer be denied, especially now that they’re slated to star in their very own movie. Tentatively titled “Just One Summer,” it will see the Julie-Elmo tandem topbilling a project outside their “Party Pilipinas” performances for the first time.
“Just One Summer” will be produced by GMA Films and is slated to come out on the first quarter of 2012. This is a teen romance movie from GMA Films to be directed by Mac Alejandre. Meantime, the two celebrity artists are both regular performers at “Party Pilipinas” every Sundays.
