The Kapamilya singer said it’s not the first time that someone from the industry is questioned regarding his gender, but he remains unaffected. Jed said he learned to just “go with the flow and let everybody talk, let everybody speak their mind” during his last ten years in the business. He’s also very secretive when it comes to his personal life, specifically when it comes to the matters of the heart. He said that’s the way he want it, to ‘separate my life from work.’
But Jed hinted that he had a romantic relationship but managed to keep it away from the prying eyes of the public. When asked what qualities he is looking for in a woman, the singer said she should understand the nature of job he’s in. Right now Jed is more focus with his career though.
The 33-year-old Ilonggo is set to celebrate his decade long career with an anniversary concert scheduled on November 15 at the PICC Plenary Hall. Jed said it wasn’t always a bed of roses for him. There were highs and lows in the past 10 years in industry.
