Ai-Ai delas Alas, Judy Ann Santos, Anne Curtis, and Luis Manzano are among the players in the star-studded finale week of the hit musical game show “The Singing Bee.”
Also playing in the finale week are Alex Gonzaga, Melai Cantiveros, and Jason Abalos, who will face-off on Monday (August 25) and will try to clinch the defending champion title from Coleen Garcia.
Anne, Luis, and Iya Villania will take a shot at the karaoke challenge on Tuesday (August 26), while Agot Isidro, Jim Paredes, and Melissa de Leon clash on Wednesday (August 27). “The Singing Bee” will also have an advance birthday celebration for one of its hosts Amy Perez on the latter date.
Young idols Robi Domingo, Sam Concepcion, and Empress Schuck will compete on Thursday (August 28), while Ai-Ai and Judy Ann, along with box-office director Cathy Garcia-Molina will cap off the successful nine-month run of the game show on Friday (August 29).
Will one of them win the P1 million jackpot and join the show’s roster of millionaires before it ends? To date, “The Singing Bee” has produced four millionaires namely Sheryl Cruz, KZ Tandingan, Bodie Cruz, and Frenchie Dy.
“The Singing Bee” has recorded consistently high ratings since it returned on Philippine television last November 2013. It also staged the comeback and reunion of the well-loved hosting tandem of Roderick “Kuya Dick” Paulate and Amy “Amay” Perez after eight years.
