Her husband Ogie Alcasid is already a kapatid and soon her good friend Janno Gibbs, is Regine Velasquez ready to leave GMA Network? I’m glad they understand that now that Nate is in his formative years, I really want to spend more time with him.”
She was supposed to be part of GMA Network’s “Let The Love Begin” topbilling the GabRu loveteam but reportedly declined because she didn’t want to work with Ariel Rivera and Ai Ai de las Alas. Regine denied the issue and clarified, “That’s not true. Bakit naman ako tatangging makasama sila? Si Ariel, I just worked with him in the musical drama special we did with Julie Anne San Jose last Christmas. At si Ai Ai, okay naman kami. I had to turn it down kasi when it was offered to me, one week na lang magte-taping na. E, ang dami ko ng natanguang ibang commitments so I had to beg off. They’re now offering me another TV series na pinaghalong drama at comedy and I’m considering doing it.”
