Star Cinema’s latest movie “The Third Party” has earned ₱10, 000, 000 on its first day in over 190 cinemas nationwide.
In thisromantic comedy film, Angel Locsin plays an unusual role of a “third party” to the relationship of the gay characters of co-stars Sam Milby and Zanjoe Marudo. Series of unfortunate events will lead to the funny scenario of all three of them living under one roof. It also made it clear that Max (Milby) was not gay yet during her fling with Andi (Locsin) and that he only decided to enter a same-sex romance following their breakup.
Directed by Jason Laxamana, the LGBT-themed movie has received an “A” rating from Cinema Evaluation Board.
“The Third Party” is the second movie of Angel this year after the comedy-drama film “Everything About Her” with Vilma Santos and Xian Lim.
