“I Can See Your Voice” host Luis Manzano shared he misses acting.

The 36-year old TV-host actor wants to focus on his hosting career.
On the recent interview with PUSH.com, “I Can See Your Voice” host Luis Manzano admitted that he misses acting in films. However, the 36-year old actor-TV host wants to focus on his hosting career for now. He is very thankful to ABS-CBN for the trust to host the mystery music game show, “I Can hear Your Voice.”
“Honestly, nami-miss ko din siyempre,” Luis revealed about his acting career.
“Alam mo, may few movies na lumabas recently or I think ginagawa pa ngayon na dapat ako. Ayoko ng sabihin kung ano yon kasi mamaya baka sabihin na inagaw, pero may mga two or three movies na ginawa recently na ako dapat,” he added.
Luis was last seen in the critically-acclaimed Wenn Deramas’ movie, “In My Life.” The Kapamilya host worked with her mother, Star For All Season, Vilma Santos and his good friend John Lloyd Cruz.
Luis also shared why he chose to focus in hosting. “Kasi sa hosting mas may kuwenta ako kumpara sa pagiging actor ko, eh. So, don na ako sa mas kikita ako. Mas realist kasi ako,” he stated.
As an actor, Luis has two dream roles. The one role was he already did in the movie “In My Life.” The other one is the character of Sean Penn of I Am Sam.
“Dalawa ang dream role ko dati. Yung isa nagawa ko na sa In My Life, yung complex gay character, ayoko kasi nung gay character na parlorista na ginagawa nung iba. Gusto ko yung komplikado, yung emosyon nung karakter, sophisticated,” he stated.
“Kasi minsan, nasanay tayo na maingay, na kailangan ganyan-ganyan. Sabi ko, there’s more to the gay community than that,” he explained.
“Ang galing ni Sean Penn don, eh. Kahit ako, minsan tina-try kong i-understand kung paano niya nagawa yung role na yon. Parang ang hirap, pero ang galing, di ba?” Luis talked about his dream role after “In My Life.”
