Kapuso primetime series “Kambal Karibal” has been airing for almost two weeks now but Kapuso actress Carla Abellana seems to love the story and the acting of each character.
The 31-year old actress took to Instagram to praise the acting performance of Gardo Versoza in said teleserye.
“The most compelling dramatic acting i’ve seen on Philippine television in quite a while. And for such a short role too,” she wrote on her Instagram post with a screen shot photo of Gardo’s character Noli.
Kapuso stars like Pauleen Luna-Sotto, Mikee Quintos, Benjamin Alvez and Sinon Loresca agreed to Carla’s comments.
“I agree! I was watching din and i was so moved by his scenes!!!” Pauleen wrote.
“Galing talaga!” Thea Tolentino commended.
“Sobrang galing mo idol,” Sinon commented.
Furthermore, Carla also shared how she was moved by the episode wherein one of the twins died. She congratulated the entire team for the great performance and story.
“Grabe yung buhos ng luha ko sa bagong show na ‘to. Napakahusay ng mga artista talaga. At ang gaganda ng shots. Kudos to the entire team of #KambalKaribal! Ngayon lang ulit ako umiyak habang nanonood ng teleserye,” she wrote on her caption.
Gardo had his short appearance in the drama series as his character was killed. His character, Noli, is an epitome of a loving father. He adopted the twins, Crisanta and Criselda, and treated them as his own children. He did everything to suffice their needs especially Criselda has a serious illness. But on the sixth episode of “Kambal, Karibal,” he was killed by a hold-upper.
