- Foster The People made Filipino fans high in good music at their concert in Kia Theatre last Friday
- The group’s visit to the Philippines is part of their ongoing Sacred Hearts Club Tour
Foster The People were ecstatic be back in Manila after their first time two years ago. Concert promoter Wilbros Live gathered the group to treat their Filipino fans to a night of dancing to live awesome beats and music at the Kia Theatre.
Last Friday night, January 26, the 4-piece American indie rock band played at the Manila leg of their Sacred Hearts Club Tour.
Everyone was filled with high energy all throughout the night!
Their lead vocalist, Mark Foster, even shared the reason why the Philippines hold a special place in his heart. According to him, his grandfather resided here as a soldier back in the day and his father stayed in the country as a peacemaker years ago.
The setlist was generous, the group performed non-stop to make their one-night concert special for everyone who arrived and waited for this moment.
By the end of their concert, FTP personally interacted with their fans from the center stage, reaching out to them, and giving autographs!
Truly, it was a superb night for all of us!
Fans await for their return to the country in the future.
How about you? What’s your FTP concert story?
