The ‘Phenomenal star’ Maine Mendoza recently shared a video from the rival network’s show ‘I Can See Your Voice.” The said video went viral for the smooth punchline of SING-vestigator Bayani Agbayani.
“Para sa mga nalulungkot…,” she wrote on the caption attaching the link leading to an Instagram video posted by Kapamilya TV host Luis Manzano.
In the video, a contestant is sharing her story about being bullied and called “aswang” when she was in Grade school. SING-vestigator Bayani Agbayani then tried to uplift the contestant by giving encouraging words.
“Ang nanay ko dati, talagang tinatawag siyang Aswang. Sabi ko, ‘Nay bat ba sinasabing aswang kayo?’ Alam mo niyakap lang niya ako ng mahigpit tapos naiyak siya,” Bayani said with matching dramatic background.
The camera started to focus on the teary-eyed reaction of the audience upon hearing the story of Bayani.
Then suddenly, Bayani cracked his joke, “Tapos lumipad na siya!”
The whole studio was filled with laughter with the smooth punchline of the veteran comedian.
