The famous JaDine loveteam will be working apart for the moment. Nadine Lustre and James Reid each have an upcoming solo movie.
Viva Entertainment recently announced that James Reid will star in “Pedro Penduko” without Nadine Lustre.
Although Nadine was chosen to play the role of Maria Makiling in the said movie, we will probably just see a few minutes of Nadine. Maria Makiling’s appearance in “Pedro Penduko” is just an Easter Egg to another “Maria Makiling” solo movie in 2020.
Nadine Lustre will also have an upcoming solo movie titled “Ulan.” It will be directed by the same director of the box-office movie “Sid & Aya (Not A Love Story) by Anne Curtis and Dingdong Dantes.
Talks about the upcoming solo movie of Nadine is already trending on Twitter with the hashtag #ULANStoryConference. Nadine also admits she is nervous in having her first movie without James Reid. According to the reports, Xian Lim, Marco Gumabao, and AJ Muhlach will be joining the cast.
The movie “Ulan” will talk about self-love. The production is yet to reveal more details about the movie.
