KZ Tandingan’s journey in the industry started when she was hailed as the “X-Factor Philippines” champion, which is an already impressive feat for still building singer like her back in 2012. Her unique style and distinct sound has caught the attention of many music lovers, and her followers grow tremendously throughout the years.
This year, KZ amassed a new legion of fans and conquered the biggest stage of her career yet, by joining the number one reality singing competition in China, the “Singer 2018”. She ranked number 1 in her first week in the competition and shared the stage with Jessie J and Coco Lee during the finals. Her audacity to be different and her willingness to embrace bolder style was enormously lauded. On that stage, her willingness to evolve and to constantly push the limits paid off phenomenally. This further expanded her reach as an artist, not only in Asia but also in the world.
This month, KZ is set to conquer another stage and unravel even more the talent honed by years of experience in the industry. On June 22, Friday, KZ will mark another chapter in her career through her major concert titled “SUPREME: KZ Tandingan at the MOA Arena”. KZ will perform her greatest hits and will showcase exceptional production numbers for her fans to enjoy. In this concert, KZ will set the bar even higher and will once again prove why she is dubbed as “Asia’s Soul Supreme”.
Joining KZ in her concert are stellar talents such as her brother from Cornerstone Inigo Pascual, and her biggest influence in rap music Gloc 9. It will also be KZ’s first time to collaborate with Moira dela Torre. “Mananakit kami ni Moira ng puso,” she said. KZ will also be joined by her boyfriend TJ Monterde, and “ASAP Soul Sessions” Kyla, Jason Dy, and Daryl Ong.
