- When she was asked to choose crown over love during the press conference, she answered, “The crown muna. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. And the distance (between me and Clint Bondad). I’m a very focused person so I really do want to give everything I have to this journey.”

After the successful Miss Universe 2018 competition and winning the crown, and after a lot of interviews, finally, Queen Cat returns home.
This was followed by a number of guesting in the metro.
She attended the press conference at Novotel Hotel in Quezon City last Wednesday, February 20.
One of the news that shook Filipinos and Cat’s supporters is the now-ended relationship between Catriona and his boyfriend, Clint Bondad.
This also excited her scheduled TV guesting as they were able to know what really happened, and the reason of their break up.
When she was asked to choose between crown or love during the conference, she answered, “The crown muna. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. And the distance (between me and Clint Bondad). I’m a very focused person so I really do want to give everything I have to this journey.”
The six-year relationship of Gray and Bondad just ended after separating last December. But it’s good to hear that they remained have friends and civil.
After her term as Miss Universe, she said that she will focus more on her music.
“There are so many things I’m passionate about, and one of them is definitely music. After my reign as Miss Universe, I would love to pursue music, perhaps be able to write my own songs and collaborate with different artists, and put some music out there for the world to hear,” Cat said.
She is also open to opportunities, like Broadway or what Hollywood might bring.
“If the opportunity is there, why not? I’m really, really open to any opportunity that may come my way. Especially Broadway, I love Broadway,” she said.

Catriona is proud to have a Masters Certificate in Music Theory from Berkley College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. This really proves her passion inmusic.
She released a single in support of the non-government shelter which focus on young people entitled “We’re in This Together.” It aims to help the young and the communities where they belong.
