On February 24, Sunday. the GMA Network’s comedy evening show, ‘The Boobay and Tekla Show’ (TBATShas once again defeated its rival Sunday comedy talk show ‘Gandang Gabi Vice’ (GGV) on ABS-CBN.

The latter has been running for eight years now.

‘TBATS’ soared up to 7.0% against ‘GGV’s’ rating of 4.7% based of NUTAM People Rating. It can be recalled that ‘TBATS’ started to win the ratings when it first aired on TV.

Each week more and more viewers switched to GMA Network’s comedy show for five consecutive weeks now.

Meanwhile, the ending skit of the show–‘Dear Boobay and Tekla’ gained varied reaction as they received a letter coming from a certain ‘Vice.’

Now that the show has outsmarted GGV, the next question is, will the show have the same longevity as the latter?
