‘The General’s Daughter’ continues to soar in prime time; ‘Kadenang Ginto’ remains undisputed in afternoon slot

“The General’s Daughter” continued to soar as Filipinos nationwide watched with bated breath as Angel Locsin (Rhian) rappelled down a building in a death-defying scene last Monday (May 27), hitting 31.4% in ratings. On Tuesday (May 28), the Kapamilya teleserye registered a 32.4% rating as viewers witnessed a nerve-wracking scene featuring Albert Martinez (Marcial) and JC De Vera (Ethan) who both begged Angel Locsin (Rhian) to surrender.

“Kadenang Ginto” remains undisputed as the most-watched afternoon show nationwide after it hit 26.5% last Monday (May 27).

“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” still kept its wide lead on both Monday (May 27) and Tuesday (May 28), recording 38% and 37.5%, respectively, versus “Kara Mia” that only got 17.6% and 18.3%.
