All-Out Sundays headliner Alden Richards shared how he and the show’s cast were happy that the pilot episode, which was aired last January 5, earned high ratings.
“Lahat kami ngayon, inspired para mas mapaganda pa ang lahat ng aming production numbers, games and skits sa show namin today,” Alden said.
“Dahil it’s the season of the Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, our all-out celebration will start with a colorful Rio Carnival-themed party as all GMA Kapuso artists performing Latin-flavored pop songs.”
This upcoming Sunday, Ken Chan, Rita Daniela, Aicelle Santos, Mark Bautista, Derrick Monasterio, Golden Canedo, Jeremiah Tiangco, Thea Astley, and Julie Anne San Jose will join the show’s stage to sing the most popular hugot love songs. “The Clash 1” discovery Jong Madaliday will also take his chance to find a date.
While Kapuso Afternoon Primetime stars Juancho Trivino and Arra San Agustin of Madrasta and Jillian Ward and Sofia Pablo of Prima Donnas wiil have their face-off in “Familympics”.
All-Out Sundays is the fourth variety program of GMA Network going up against ABS-CBN’s ASAP and is the replacement to the top rater Sunday PinaSaya. Previously, the Kapuso network had tried to compete with ASAP in 1997 to 2010 with SOP with Janno Gibbs, Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, Kyla, Jay-R, and Jaya.
From 2010 until 2013, GMA released another Sunday variety program, Party Pilipinas, with a total of 160 episodes. Before the APT Entertainment took over the Sunday variety show in 2015, GMA launched Sunday All Stars which aired from 2013 to 2015.
