The Kapuso network has finally regained afternoon leadership based on the latest numbers from AGB Nielsen NUTAM People survey.
In the ratings for December 2 to 13, 2019, GMA afternoon shows beat their Kapamilya counterparts to take the lead.
Eat Bulaga! is back on top of the noontime slot beating ABS-CBN’s It’s Showtime.
The Kapuso noontime show scored its highest against the Kapamilya rival on Wednesday, December 4 when it scored 9.0% against 5.8% or a margin of 3.2%.
In the afternoon drama department, Prima Donnas continued to edge out Kapamilya Gold’s Kadenang Ginto.
Prima Donnas‘ biggest win against Kadenang Ginto was registered on Tuesday, December 3 at 9.9% vs 7.4% or a gap of 2.5%.
If GMA Network is taking the afternoon ratings, ABS-CBN remains the primetime leader.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano continues to be the most-watched program dominating over rival Beautiful Justice.
The Coco Martin led action drama teleserye scored the most significant lead on Monday, December 9 leading 6.3% against Beautiful Justice at 15.5% vs 9.2%.
Judy Ann Santos’ Starla also remained its timeslot leader beating Alden Richards’ The Gift. Starla even shared primetime leadership with FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano twice on December 3 and December 13 both scoring 13.2% and 13.9% respectively.
