A graduate from Philippine High School for the Arts, Elijah Canlas has already starred in 14 films and shows in a span of six years.

“To be considered at all by any award-giving body is already quite overwhelming for me, what more winning an award all the way across the globe! It means that people appreciate me for the work I put in—people who don’t know me, only see me onscreen playing a character and not being Elijah Canlas.”
Elijah is a nominee for LionhearTV’s Rawr Awards Favorite Bida.
Canlas was an indie sensation, with roles in acclaimed films such as “Edward,” “LSS,” and “Kalel, 15.” But the young actor admitted he was losing hope when the lockdown began. And then his career took off with “Gameboys.”
Influenced by the viral success of the Thai Boys Love show 2gether The Series, Gameboys was one of the first series to jump on the trend.
