Kapamilya star Angel Locsin made the rounds on social media after tweeting about the good cops and the bad cops.
The actress seemed to refer to the recent brutal acts of a policeman toward two citizens.
On Monday, December 21, the 35-year-old actress posted on her twitter account about how good cops should condemn bad cops. Using the hashtag #ToProtectAndToServe, she wrote, “Good cops should condemn bad cops.”

Netizens claimed that Locsin referred to the recent incident where an off-duty police officer shot a mother and her son at point-blank in broad daylight. The inhuman act captured on cam went viral.
Many Netizens expressed their frustration over the incident, including Locsin. They spoke their minds about the acts of the said policeman.

Locsin is known-to-be vocal in expressing her opinion on injustices in the country, which an issue with such weight won’t escape the actress’s attention.
According to a report, the said shooting happened just days before Christmas and began from a simple dispute between neighbors. Sergeant Jonel Nuezca, 46, confronted Frank Anthony Gregorio, 25, regarding his noise while on a drinking spree with his friends. The confrontation turned into a heated argument. Frank’s mother, Sonya Gregorio, 52, interfered and wrapped her arms tightly around his son.
A moment later, Nuezca’s daughter, a minor, decided to butt in and told Sonya to let go of his son and shouted that her father is a policeman. When Sonya fired back at the minor by saying, ‘I don’t care’. It took seconds for Nuezca to pull the trigger of his 9mm pistol and shot the mother in the head along with her son Frank.
The crime recorded on the phone shocked Gregorio’s family and the small crowd who were there.
Hours after the shooting, according to reports, Nuezca surrendered to the authorities. He is facing double murder charges.
