Former Kapuso Janine Gutierrez recently had a meeting with Dreamscape Entertainment head Leo Endrinal.
After nine long years, the actress is now a freelance artist. Her contract with GMA-7 has expired and the Network didn’t renew it anymore.
On Mr. Edrinal IG post, a photo showing him, together with Leo Dominquez, Paulo Avelino, and Janine.
Janine’s meeting with Dreamscape, together with her manager Leo Dominguez who happens to be Paulo Avelino’s manager, too–indicates that there is a good chance that she will soon be doing a project with business unit of Kapamilya network.

Gutierrez will be a great addition to the roster of talents of ABS-CBN.
Last year alone, the actress won not one but two Best Actress of the Year Awards on separate award-giving bodies. First, she won the award in the 43rd Gawad Urian for her movie, Bala at Baril. She bested Kathryn Bernardo, Nadine Lustre, Alessandra de Rossi, Andi Eigenmann, Bela Padilla, Jean Garcia, Anita Linda, Sue Prado, Max Eigenmann, Ruby Ruiz, and Angie Ferro on November 10. She then bagged the award for the same movie during the FAMAS Digital 2020 Awards on December 20.
Aside from the Best Actress awards, she previously won Outstanding Indie Film Actress at the 2nd Laguna Excellence Awards, too.
With her talent and experiences as an actress, she’ll be a good addition to the roster of talents of ABS-CBN.
