After denying that she is not eating ‘isaw’, Julia Barreto is still being targeted by netizens who discovered past clips of her eating the same kind of street food. Did she really pretend or just being forgetful?
In a vlog released by her boyfriend Gerald Anderson on April 21, Julia said that it will be her first time eat such street food and she will be doing it just for him.
Gerald asked: “Never ka kumain nito?”, then Julia replied, “Never ever. Only for you”.
However, the netizens discovered old videos of the young actress eating ‘isaw’, opposing her claim in the vlog.
On a video clip that was grabbed during her guesting on “Gandang Gabi Vice” with Enrique Gil, Julia was seen eating ‘isaw’ live, during the show.

She was also captured while eating ‘isaw’ during their shooting for the 2014 series “Mirabella”.
Netizens did not like Julia’s duality about eating the said street food. They now wonder if she really forgot about that thing or just wants to look naive in front of her boyfriend.

In an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda” last year, Julia was asked about the thing she is willing to give up for love.
Julia then mentioned that she tends to be forgetful once she falls in love.
“I’m very sacrificial. Pag mahal ko talaga, ang dami kong nakakalimutan and that’s what gets me into trouble all the time, right?” she quipped.
She also admitted that she gives her all once she is in love and it feels good: “Masarap magmahal ng todo todo, walang pagsisisi ako.”
With these statements, can we say that Julia is just smitten with Gerald so, she forgot about eating ‘isaw’ in the past?
