Beginning Monday (June 21), GMA proudly airs 2020’s surprise hit Korean drama series ‘Lie After Lie’ on the Telebabad block.
The compelling story follows the life of Eunice (Lee Yu-ri), a daughter-in-law of a powerful chaebol family, who suddenly becomes a murderer, after being charged for allegedly killing her husband. In prison, she gives birth to her daughter Emma.
Her mother-in-law Diana (Lee Il-hwa), does everything to take Emma away from Eunice. After a decade, Eunice is released from prison and her ultimate goal is to be reunited with her daughter.
In her quest to reunite with her daughter, Eunice approaches Anthony (Yeon Jeong-hun), who has adopted Emma, and pretends to fall in love with him to become the stepmother.
