Vice Ganda shares thoughts on fake friends spreading fake news

Vice agreed to Jeff’s comment, adding his thoughts about fake friends giving fake news in interviews.

On November 17, ‘It’s Showtime’ host Vice Ganda shared his thoughts on friends spreading fake news.

During the Madlang Pi-Poll segment of the noontime show, Vice reacted to their first poll question, ‘anong ayaw mo? a. fake friends or b. fake news.

It started when one of the ‘Newscast Trio’ guests, Jeff Canoy, commented that it was worse to have fake friends spreading fake news.

“Worse, yung fake friends na nagbibigay pa ng fake news.”

Vice agreed to Jeff’s comment, adding his thoughts about fake friends giving fake news in interviews.

“Ay yes! ‘Yung fake friends na nagbibigay pa ng fake news sa mga interview.”

Earlier, Vice also reacted to Jugs Jugueta’s comment about fake friends.

“Wala, wala. Yan ‘yung mga ina-unfriend,” said Jugs

“Tapos nagsasama-sama sila,” Vice added.

Earlier, Kim Atienza posted on Instagram that he considers Direk Bobet Vidanes and Billy Crawford his “TRUE friends,” seemingly taking a jab at their former ‘It’s Showtime’ colleagues.

“We are together.. forever, Good friends! TRUE friends! Good to be with you guys.”

Vice has also been taking numerous indirect hits about his former colleagues, such as joking about a contestant spying for a different show or revealing that they once excluded co-host Karylle in a group chat led by an unnamed director.
