Fake news King Jay Sonza got served with the truth after peddling another misinformation on social media.
NUJP’s Jonathan de Santos bombarded Sonza with screenshots of major newspapers’ headlines about Typhoon Odette.
This was after the fake news king took to Twitter to slam the media for ignoring news about the Typhoon in lieu of coverage for Vice President Leni Robredo.

In his tweet, Sonza claimed that major broadcast networks and newspapers failed to report on the onslaught of Typhoon Odette and prioritize VP Leni in their headlines.
“Ang galing ng mga major broadcast network at newspaper. Nanalasa na at lahat ang Super Bagyong Odette, pero si Leni parin ang headline nila. Hahahaha. Parang mga timang at tanga lang.”

But just like before, Sonza got it wrong again since de Santos’ newspaper headline screenshots proved him wrong.
Sonza has been known as the Fake News King following several fake news posts on social media.
Last year, Sonza got served literally when Julia Baretto sued him after alleging that she got pregnant with Gerald Anderson.
In wanting to get a scoop and attract attention on social media, Sonza posted on his Facebook account that Julia is having a baby with Gerald. It turned out that it was fake, prompting Julia to file a case against him.
The former broadcaster also spread fake news about the citizenship of former ABS-CBN boss Gabby Lopez.
And his other recent fake news was his fake claim about the Manila subway project. Sonza proudly shared a photo of the supposed Manila subway project, which according to him, some parts are nearly finished. But again, it turned out that it was fake, and the photo was actually a picture of a subway in Russia.
