The news satire show BalitaOneNan parody of the presidential debates brought laughter and fun to netizens because of its sarcasm.
In a video clip shared on twitter, only ‘Bebe M’ was present in the ‘Pang-gulo Debates’ while the rest were absent.
‘Bebe M’ who mimics Presidential aspirant Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr., said in the segment that those kinds of debates are important as these are media for them to share their platforms.
However, at the end of the clip, the other Presidential aspirants were seen rushing to the studio, and accordingly, they received fake news saying that the debate will take place in another studio.
This parody seemed to be an ‘alternate universe’ of the real scenario. Marcos always skips official debates hosted by COMELEC and CNN, but is always present during debates hosted by SMNI, the channel owned by the controversial church leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.
