John Lloyd Cruz seemed to have no idea that he and Bea Alonzo are set to do a reunion movie under Star Cinema.
In a report by ABS-CBN on December 2, Alonzo revealed that she and Cruz would have a reunion film.
“It will be written by Carmi Raymundo and concept by Enrico Santos. So it’s going to be exciting,” she said.
However, on December 19, Ogie Diaz said that his source talked with Cruz regarding the film, and the actor had no idea about it.
“Naloka si John Lloyd Cruz sa balitang gagawa sila ng pelikula ni Bea Alonzo.
“Nahihiya si John Lloyd Cruz na paasahin ang kanilang fans na meron silang comeback movie ni Bea,” said Diaz.
Their upcoming film was supposed to mark their comeback on the big screen after seven years, but fans are now confused whether the two will really be united in a film.
Their last film project was in 2015 via A Second Chance (2015), which Cathy Garcia-Molina also directed.
