The country’s longest-running noontime variety show, Eat Bulaga! continues to lead noontime programs in the Philippines.
In the January 9 to January 12 rating reports by the Nielsen NUTAM People Survey, Eat Bulaga! remained the leading noontime variety show, besting its competitors Tropang LOL and It’s Showtime.
On Monday, January 9, the Kapuso noontime show registered a rating of 5.1 percent, taking the number 10 spot in the rating chart. It’s Showtime, on the other hand, received 2.2 percent and ranked 19th, with Tropang LOL receiving 1.5 percent and ranking 26th.
On the next day, Tuesday, Eat Bulaga!‘s rating even went up by 1 percent to 6.1 percent, climbing to rank 9 on the leaderboard. On the other hand, It’s Showtime dropped by 0.3 percent to 1.9 percent and moved down to the 20th position. Tropang LOL is still far behind in the 24th spot with a 1.7 percent rating.
For the Wednesday, January 11th, rating report, the Tito, Vic, and Joey-led noontime show went further up to 6.3 percent, beating It’s Showtime by 4 percent at 2.3 percent. Tropang LOL, meanwhile, scored a 1.8 percent rating.
On Thursday, January 12, Eat Bulaga! dropped slightly by 0.1 percent to 6.1 percent. Same with It’s Showtime, which also slashed 0.1 percent from its previous day’s rating to 2.2 percent. And Tropang LOL registered a decline of 0.1 percent to a 1.7 percent rating.
