Starmaker and Sparkle consultant Johnny “Mr. M” Manahan claimed that Kapuso actor Miguel Tanfelix will be the next Alden Richards of the Network.
In a statement during Sparkle’s first anniversary on February 12, Mr. M advised some GMA artists including Tanfelix.
He praised the actor’s skills and said that he could be the next Alden Richards.
“I like him. Miguel, I think, will make a very fine actor. Experienced ‘yan so as he grows, as he works, magiging Alden Richards din ‘yan,” he said.
Mr. M also mentioned the similarities between Tanfelix and Richards in when it comes to starting their career early and earning a name for themself.
Richards is considered the most successful male talent of Sparkle to date. He is known for his series Victor Magtanggol, The Gift, The World Between Us, and Start-Up PH.
Meanwhile, Miguel Tanfelix’s promimence came after starring in the 2014 series Niño. He will star in the Kapuso adaptation of the anime classic, Voltes V.
