Vice Ganda has been at the center of recent controversies, including an MTRCB summons with partner Ion Perez regarding the ‘It’s Showtime’ icing incident, which escalated due to various comments from different parties, along with the Awra Briguela incident.

However, despite the slew of issues that came their way, Vice Ganda has received an abundance of blessings that either matched or exceeded the challenges.
First among these blessings is becoming the brand ambassador for the e-commerce platform Shopee, which welcomed Vice Ganda on August 23. She received a warm welcome through a grand event held at the Shopee Philippines HQ in Podium West Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City.

The following day, on August 24, her weekly show ‘Everybody, Sing!’ won Best Original Game Show at the ContentAsia Awards in Bangkok, Thailand.
In light of these victories, Vice Ganda’s co-hosts congratulated her during the August 25 episode of “It’s Showtime.”
“‘Everybody, Sing!’ has won, so the Philippines has won. It’s heartwarming that our program has brought honor to the Philippines, to the whole world, to Asia. Thank you so much,” Vice Ganda remarked.
“This award is a very timely blessing. I’ve said it before, the Lord has been very good to me. The Lord has been so great. He’s been sending a lot of blessings to remind me how lucky and beautiful my life is. How loved I am by so many people and by the Lord.
