In her latest vlog, Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban, along with her partner Gregg Homan and their child Baby Amila Sabine, embarked on a trip to Sydney, Australia, to celebrate Father’s Day.

The vlog provided a glimpse into the family’s Sydney adventure, which included visits to the park and grocery shopping. Panganiban referred to Sydney as their “second home” in the vlog’s caption, expressing excitement about future adventures with their child.
The vlog also showcased the couple’s hands-on parenting as they took care of their eldest child, Baby Bean.
However, what caught the attention of netizens was Panganiban’s humorous observation about the size of an eggplant she discovered in Australia. She playfully compared it to Philippine eggplants, noting the significant size difference.
In a light-hearted tone, Panganiban remarked, “Nakita n’yo naman ang kanilang eggplant, ang payat guys!” She humorously suggested that Australian eggplants couldn’t hold a candle to those in the Philippines, quipping, “Walang-wala sa talong natin sa Pilipinas. Kaya gusto ko talaga Australiano eh.”
Gregg, her partner, corrected her by explaining that such large eggplants are referred to as “aubergines.”
Angelica also shared an amusing anecdote, revealing that Gregg was aware of her desire to be with an Australian before they met. She explained that she had always found Australians cool and had expressed this desire on a podcast with director Antonette Jadaone in 2021.
