In the upcoming Vivamax film “Stag,” actress Denise Esteban found herself moaning excessively during certain scenes, a choice she defended on April 2 as necessary for the film’s authenticity.
During a press conference held at Viva Cafe, the sexy actress revealed that Direk Jon had cautioned her against overdoing her moans during an intimate scene with co-actor Gold Aceron, a moment that some interpreted as her becoming too carried away.
She justified that her approach was intentional. In her defense, Esteban said she wanted to make the pleasure depicted in a realistic manner.
“Hindi naman po siguro masiyadong wild. Kasi siyempre sa totoong buhay hindi ka naman ganoon aano kahit wild ka eh, hindi ka naman ganoon ka-ingay. Siguro mayroong maingay pero kailangang magmukha sigurong totoo talaga ‘yung eksena kaya nasabi ni Direk ‘yung huwag masiyadong umungol,” explained the sexy star.
Esteban noted that moaning in an excessive manner could also lead to making the scene appear forced or fake.
“Siyempre kapag nilakasan mo ang ungol mo mukha namang peke ‘yun, ganoon po. Kaya siguro nasabi ni Direk ‘yun,” she added.
When pressed if she was carried away during the scene, Esteban clarified she only acted for the movie.
“Ay hindi naman po ako nadala. Tsaka matagal ko ng barkada si Gold kaya as a tropa-tropa po.”
“Stag” is an upcoming Vivamax movie about a group of friends attending a stag party. A supposedly harmless stag party turns into a night filled with lust.
Directed by Jon Red, the film stars Esteban alongside Aceron, Arah Alonzo, Aerol Carmelo, Allan Paule, Yda Manzano, and Jaime Fabregas.
“Stag” is set for its nationwide premiere on Vivamax on April 5.
