EastWest Ageas adds another feather to its cap as it was recently recognized as one of the Excellence in Learning and Development category winners at the HR Excellence Awards. The recognition identifies the best people development programs in the industry as judged by a panel of HR experts.

Launched in 2022, the HR Excellence Awards honors the best-in-class HR teams and individuals and provides the platform for teams to showcase their top HR work and strategies. It is currently the only 100% peer-reviewed HR award-giving body in the region.
EastWest Ageas’ winning Elevate employment program is anchored on three core programs: Arise, Attain, and Aspire, through which employees are empowered to build their core and leadership skills and grow their careers. Employees who have participated in the program gave it a high satisfaction rating of 3.83 out of 4.
