For the members of BINI, they take their song “Karera” to heart. As OneCORE emphasizes slowing down and fostering self-care, the members of BINI are reminded to recharge as they navigate toward greater success. “We always tell them that ‘you cannot give what you do not have,’” said Coach Pia. “So in our sessions, we help these young ladies understand the value of listening to themselves and their needs. Reyes, on the other hand, mentioned that her clarity journey helped her refresh what she has learned from life and find a balance in self-care. “Clarity will help me find balance, stay calmer, relax, and go with the flow of life with a clearer vision,” she said.
