Veteran singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla has addressed the growing online chatter about her supposed snubbing of Kapuso actor Miguel Tanfelix after he recommended his teleserye ‘Mga Batang Riles’ on social media.

The issue began on January 16, when Zsa Zsa asked her followers on X (formerly Twitter) for new teleserye recommendations after finishing the Kapamilya series ‘Lavender Fields’.
Ano kaya next na kakahumalingan?” she tweeted.
Miguel, who stars in GMA Network’s Mga Batang Riles, replied to her post with a polite suggestion:
“Hello Ms. Zsa Zsa! Try nyo po silipin yung Mga Batang Riles [emoji] hehe salamat po.”
However, days passed without a response from Zsa Zsa, and instead, she later posted about starting ‘Incognito’, a series airing in the same time slot as ‘Mga Batang Riles’.
“Started INCOGNITO.
This led some netizens to speculate whether the Kapamilya star intentionally ignored Miguel’s message.
Miguel’s fans immediately noticed the lack of response and expressed their disappointment. Some believed it was an intentional snub, while others defended the actor, pointing out that he was merely promoting his show in a respectful manner.
Wala talaga kayong moral.”

After several days of speculation, Zsa Zsa finally addressed the issue, clarifying that she simply did not see Miguel’s message earlier.
“Thanks for the reco! Will watch it next! My apologies, did not see your message earlier,” she tweeted.

Her response immediately pacified fans, who appreciated the clarification and acknowledged that her initial lack of response was likely due to the overwhelming volume of messages she receives.
