Tears and shock filled the ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ house on Saturday, June 14, 2025, as the tandem of Shuvee Etrata and Klarisse de Guzman—known collectively as ShuKla—became the sixth pair evicted from ‘PBB Celebrity Collab Edition’.
The eviction came as a surprise to many, especially since ShuKla consistently topped early voting tallies starting June 10. However, a last-minute surge of votes for Dustin Yu and Bianca de Vera (DusBi) dramatically altered the outcome.
The final tally revealed DusBi in the lead with 36.83% of the votes, followed by AZ Martinez and River Joseph (AZVer) with 31.67%. ShuKla narrowly missed staying in the house, earning 31.50% of the votes.
Viewers and supporters noted that ShuKla appeared to be the frontrunners throughout most of the eviction week, with some believing their early lead may have caused complacency. Meanwhile, DusBi made a strong final push that catapulted them from last place to the top, dramatically shifting the rankings.
Inside the house, the announcement of ShuKla’s eviction triggered an outpouring of emotion. Housemates such as Esnyr Ranollo, Will Ashley, Charlie Fleming, Ralph de Leon, Mika Salamanca, and Brent Manalo were visibly heartbroken, many of them breaking down in tears.
The emotional farewell continued in the confession room, where Shuvee—dubbed the “Island Ate of Cebu”—and Klarisse—the “Soul Diva of Antipolo”—expressed their gratitude and goodbyes to Big Brother.
Adding to the tension, fans of ShuKla directed some of their frustration toward AZVer, who had given three nomination points to ShuKla, placing them in the danger zone. River Joseph explained that while he had gained a new perspective on Shuvee, his partner AZ raised concerns about Shuvee bringing up outside information—something against PBB rules.
Five tandems now remain in the running for the Big Four: Rawi (Ralph and Will), ChaNyr (Charlie and Esnyr), MikBrent (Mika and Brent), DusBi (Dustin and Bianca), and AZVer (AZ and River). One more duo will be evicted before the much-anticipated Big Night.
