Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes is set to headline an upcoming GMA Network primetime teleserye titled ‘Master Cutter’, alongside rising stars and former ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ housemates Shuvee Etrata and Charlie Fleming.
The exciting announcement was made during a media conference for Sparkle’s PBB housemates held at Harold’s Hotel in Quezon City on Thursday, July 17.
Although details about ‘Master Cutter’ are still under wraps, the show promises to feature a storyline that Dingdong has never tackled before in his decades-long television career. This project also marks his return to primetime drama following the success of ‘Royal Blood’ in 2023.
Shuvee Etrata, who currently plays Veshdita in ‘Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre’, was part of the well-loved duo ‘ShuKla’ with Klarisse de Guzman. The pair was the last to be evicted from the ‘PBB Celebrity Collab’ house via public voting.
Meanwhile, Charlie Fleming — who finished as Third Big Placer alongside her partner Esnyr Ranollo — last appeared in the intense family drama ‘Widows’ War’.
Both Shuvee and Charlie will also appear together in the upcoming film ‘Huwag Kang Titingin’, signaling a steady stream of projects for the breakout Kapuso stars.
With Dingdong leading the charge and fresh talents like Shuvee and Charlie joining the cast, ‘Master Cutter’ is shaping up to be one of GMA Network’s most anticipated new dramas.
