The family of Kapamilya superstar Kathryn Bernardo was spotted among the thousands who gathered at the Trillion Peso March at the People Power Monument on Sunday, September 21.

Fans shared photos and videos showing Kathryn’s mother, Min Bernardo, handing out boxes of snacks and bottled water to ralliers braving the heat.
In one clip, Min was seen personally interacting with protestors as she distributed drinks.
“Thank you, Bernardos, for the food and drinks you provided earlier to the rallistas. Thank you for your love and your quiet courage to stand for what is right. Thank you for showing that kindness can silence hate and that you can kill the noise not with anger, but with compassion,” a fan wrote on social media.

Still, some netizens questioned Kathryn’s absence, noting the actress had not posted anything about the rally on her social media accounts. A viral post on X (formerly Twitter) even listed her name among celebrities “missing” at the protest, alongside speculations linking her silence to her rumored relationship with Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala.
Defending the actress, her fans explained that staying low-key has long been her way of helping. “Silence can be misunderstood, but actions will always speak louder than words. If the people are fighting for what is right, then so are the Bernardos. They are not blind to see, nor deaf to hear the cries around them,” one fan wrote.
