For a second straight year, ABS-CBN has been recognized as the Best Managed Company (Gold Winner) in the Media & Entertainment category of FinanceAsia’s Best Companies 2026 poll.

Now on its 26th year, FinanceAsia’s poll evaluates corporate behavior and performance of top companies in Asia for a period of 12 months. The ranking is based on nominations by an active community of influential investors and financial analysts.
FinanceAsia said the recognized firms have exemplified “excellence in the industry.”
ABS-CBN has shown strength in diversifying and strengthening its content and distribution pipeline as it evolves into a global storytelling company. ABS-CBN continues to produce high-quality content, whether it be hit series, movies, variety shows, reality or news programs, entertainment celebrities, concerts and live events that captivate audiences worldwide.
“FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” concluded its run last March as the country’s most-watched primetime series since 2023, while posting strong viewership online. Meanwhile, ABS-CBN’s current programs “Blood vs Duty” and “The Alibi” are making waves on primetime, while “It’s Showtime” continues to dominate the noontime timeslot.
The company recently celebrated a milestone as BINI, its homegrown girl group, was the first Filipino act to perform in the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, while Maki also continues to champion OPM after generating over one billion overall streams on Spotify. Both artists are set to begin their world tours.
In film, ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema produced the Philippines’ top three highest-grossing films of 2025: “Call Me Mother,” “Meet, Greet and Bye,” and “My Love Will Make You Disappear.” Its first original film for Netflix, “Sosyal Climbers,” topped the 2025 Netflix Philippines chart and spent two weeks in Netflix’s global top 10 for non-English films.
The ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel maintained its position as the most-subscribed media and entertainment channel in Southeast Asia with 54.8 million subscribers as of this writing and generating 12 billion views in 2025.
The company revamped its streaming service iWant, which has the largest collection of Filipino feels. Its campaign won the Best Online Advertising Campaign at the Global Entertainment Awards.
ABS-CBN News continues to deliver with its extensive coverage of the latest news and events happening around the world and expanded regional and digital coverage through “TV Patrol Regional” and on-the-go news stories. “TV Patrol” also remains as one of the most trusted news programs.
Beyond the Philippines, the company continues to engage its viewers through live events and concerts in other countries like the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, France, Germany, and Singapore.
