RAWRTrip recently visited Club Laiya in San Juan, Batangas to witness the opening of several new attractions and amenities, including its events place, sports hub, linear pool, and a preview tour of its upcoming beachfront condominium tower, The Spinnaker.

Developed by Landco Pacific Corporation under its hospitality and leisure platform LLV, Club Laiya is one of the company’s two ‘Beach Town’ communities in Batangas, alongside CaSoBe in Calatagan.
During the visit, guests were first welcomed to Club Laiya’s newly opened events venue, where a short program and lunch gathering were held. The spacious area was designed to accommodate celebrations, gatherings, and large-scale events.
The tour then continued to the sports hub, which features a large court for basketball and pickleball, along with a gym facility for guests and residents.
After checking into Casa de Nanay rooms to freshen up, the group headed to the ongoing construction site of The Spinnaker at around 4:30 p.m. Despite still being under development, the project already showcased the panoramic beachfront and mountain views future unit owners can expect.
According to RAWRTrip, the view from The Spinnaker gave off a “Miami-inspired” atmosphere, with scenic sights of the beach and surrounding mountains.
Strategically positioned along the coastline, The Spinnaker serves as Club Laiya’s landmark beachfront condominium tower. The 22-story development will feature 247 rooms with hotel-inspired amenities and is expected to become the estate’s visual centerpiece.
All units at The Spinnaker will have sea views, while select units will also overlook Mount Daguldol. Available room configurations range from studio units to single-bedroom, twin-bedroom, and bi-level layouts.
Its sixth-floor amenity deck will include an infinity lap pool, lounge area, bar, kids’ pool, and play zone, while the 23rd floor will feature a ballroom, sky bar, and kitchen. A helipad will also be located on the roof deck.
The condominium is scheduled for turnover in December 2027.

The group also visited Club Laiya’s newly unveiled 141-meter linear pool, which immediately stood out for its resort-style design surrounded by lush trees instead of accommodation buildings.
The pool area features a dedicated children’s section, bar, food stall area, changing facilities, and shower areas for guests.
RAWRTrip noted that the natural surroundings gave the space a more relaxing atmosphere compared to traditional resort pools.
As for dining, the restaurants at Club Laiya offer the same food selections available at CaSoBe, with guests describing the meals as delicious and reasonably priced.
The beachfront itself was also praised for its smooth shoreline, making it ideal for relaxing while watching sunsets and sunrises.
Guests who want to stay closer to the beach may also avail of cocoons and camperist accommodations.
In March 2026, Club Laiya officially entered its full-cycle development phase with the launch of the Premier District and the topping off ceremony for The Spinnaker, signaling the property’s transition from construction into a fully integrated beachfront lifestyle destination.
Spanning 23 hectares along the shores of Laiya, Club Laiya is envisioned as a mixed-use beachfront estate that combines resort living, hospitality, residential spaces, and commercial developments into one leisure-focused community.
Beyond Club Laiya, LLV’s growing portfolio also includes CaSoBe in Calatagan, Costa Azalea in Samal, John Hay Hotels in Baguio, and Punta Fuego in Nasugbu.
