After selling out its original October 25 show in just five hours, Silent Sanctuary is adding a “Reverse Day 2” for Gabi ng Lambing on October 24, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, giving more fans the chance to be part of the band’s first major solo arena concert.

The newly added date turns Gabi ng Lambing into a two-night celebration of love, nostalgia, and 24 years of music. Tickets for the October 24 show will go on sale on July 18, 2026, at 12:00 NN via SM Tickets outlets nationwide and online at https://www.smtickets.com/tickets/GabiNgLambing.
For high-demand concerts, Day 2 does not always come after Day 1. Sometimes, the celebration starts earlier. With Silent Sanctuary’s “Reverse Day 2,” the additional show happens one night before the original sold-out October 25 concert, giving fans who missed out another chance to experience the songs that have stayed with them through different chapters of life.
For more than two decades, Silent Sanctuary has given listeners music for the feelings they could not always explain: first love, heartbreak, longing, healing, growing up, and the quiet memories people carry with them. With Gabi ng Lambing, the beloved OPM band brings those songs to one of the country’s biggest stages, joined by The Manila Symphony Orchestra, Viva Voce, and surprise guests.
For vocalist and guitarist Raymund “Sarkie” Sarangay, the overwhelming response was something he hoped for but did not want to expect.
“Hindi ako tumitingin sa queue. Sinabihan na lang ako na may 18,000 people na naka-queue wala pang isang oras,” Sarkie shared. “Ayoko talagang mag-expect. Pinagdarasal ko lang na ma-sold out. Sobrang grateful ako nung nalaman ko dahil sobra-sobra yung binigay ng Diyos.”
Cellist Anjo Inacay said the speed of the sellout came as a surprise to the band.
“Nakakagulat talaga. Hindi namin inexpect na magso-sold out siya on the same day ng release ng tickets,” Anjo said. “Akala namin on the day ng concert pa posible mag-sold out.”
For violinist Kim Mirandilla-Ng, the five-hour sellout brought both gratitude and pressure.
“Sobrang overwhelming, blessed, and at the same time mas dumoble yung pressure,” Kim said. “Kailangan matapatan ng performance namin yung overflowing support and love ng fans.”
The strong demand from fans led the band and production team to discuss adding another show. While there were no original plans for a second date, the clamor from fans made the decision clear.
For keyboardist and backing vocalist Poch Villalon, the October 24 show is especially for the fans who were not able to get tickets for October 25.
“Yung nagpa-yes sa amin ay yung demand kasi may mga fans na hindi talaga umabot, lalo na yung mga kakalabas pa lang daw ng work, sold out na,” Poch shared. “Para ito sa mga fans na hindi nakakuha ng ticket. Para ito sa mga titos and titas of Manila!”
Bassist Ronnie Ropal added that the new date was the band’s response to the fans’ requests, while drummer Allen Calixto pointed to the long SM Tickets online queue and the number of fans still hoping to watch the show.
Silent Sanctuary assured fans that both nights will be given the same care, preparation, and energy.
“We are so grateful to those who purchased the Day 1 tickets,” Sarkie said. “Iibahin namin yung experience ng October 24 sa October 25. Pero huwag kayong mag-aalala, parehong malupit yung ipaparanas namin sa inyo.”
Poch added, “For both days, pareho ang makikita nilang energy namin. Expect na lang nila na all out kami sa both days. Gagalingan talaga namin.”
Billed as a celebration of “24 Years of Songs,” Gabi ng Lambing will feature fan favorites, deep cuts, new arrangements, an orchestra, a choir, and Silent Sanctuary’s signature “rockestra” sound.
For the band, the support means more than a sold-out venue. It is proof that their songs remain part of people’s lives.
“For years, we just kept grinding and gigging around doing what we love,” Anjo said. “I’m glad that our music has been a part of their lives as much as ours.”
More than a concert, Gabi ng Lambing is a celebration of the memories Silent Sanctuary’s music has carried for generations, from classroom sing-alongs and karaoke nights to breakups, reconciliations, friendships, proposals, and quiet moments people never forget. With “Reverse Day 2,” that celebration now begins one night earlier.
Gabi ng Lambing is presented by TTP Events, Numinous Philippines, Variant Productions, Tala Entertainment, Universal Records Philippines, and Wrangler Philippines.
Gabi ng Lambing happens on October 24 and 25, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
