For her Miss Manila 2017 hosting stint, Yassi chose a voluminous ball gown with a heavily embellished top, made by Erika Lauren Dela Cruz. She completed her look with a simple pair of earrings. “This look made me feel like a princess,” she shares.
“This is my favorite look of all time,” Yassi says. “I was speechless. The detail, structure, and embroidery placement blew me away. I loved it so much that I didn’t want to take it off after the award show.”
To match her sophisticated Malichè dress, Yassi sported a dark red lip and deep-brown wavy tresses.
Not afraid to mix and match textures, Yassi comes up with an unexpected look that marries casual chic with effortless cool. While she owns the cute dress and leather belt, Yassi candidly admits that she took the rugged jacket from her sister’s closet.
“This was a spur-of-the-moment photoshoot with my sister, Issa,” she shares. “We were driving along Roxas Boulevard and we decided to take a few #OOTD shots for Instagram.”
