On a group interview with Teddy Corpuz and Jugs Jugueta, before their flight to observe the pilot telecast of ‘It’s Showtime’ on Monday in Indonesia, controversial issue on them two getting mad at each other by their jokes and jest on ABS-CBN noon time show was raised.
Teddy shared that there were times Jugs got mad at him because of his spiel “ang luwag sa set” when his co-banter was absent in the show.
Jud admitted that he really got mad at Teddy sometimes by his jokes and jest. Teddy makes fun of his fatness and it hurt him before, but now, he is used to it and no longer minds.
But the biggee revelation is Teddy’s big fight against Vice Ganda on the first week of their show.

“Si Vice kasi, that time, naghuhurado pa siya. Concentrated talaga siya at ayaw niya ng maingay. Eh, doon sa kinalulugaran ko sa gilid, ang iingay ng mga dancer. Pero ako naman, nanonood lang sa TV na nasa malayo, doon ako nakatingin,” Teddy revealed.
“Nang mag-react si Vice, ako ang nakita niya, pero sabi ko, hindi ako ‘yon at ‘yung mga dancer nga. Pero after no’n, hindi na niya ako binabati,” he added.
Their fight lasted for quite sometime until director Bobet Vidanes intervened on a closed door meeting. Right then, Vice hug Teddy and made peace.

“Pero naging bating-bati talaga kami noong gabi na, nang tawagan ako ni Vice. Naayos na rin,” Teddy explained.
Teddy and Jugs are grateful for the first international franchise of ‘It’s Showtime’ in Indonesia. They will be there just to observe, they are not allowed to host a show since they do not have working permits.
It’s Showtime’s 10th anniversary is happening this October.
