The cast of the upcoming Star Cinema film ‘Meet, Greet & Bye’ has officially been revealed—bringing together an exciting mix of veteran and rising stars under the direction of blockbuster filmmaker Cathy Garcia-Sampana.
Leading the star-studded lineup is Belle Mariano, who will be joined by screen legends and sought-after actors Maricel Soriano, Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, and Juan Karlos Labajo.
Star Cinema dropped the major announcement through a teaser that features photos of the cast paired with a dramatic voiceover, building anticipation for what appears to be an emotionally charged family drama.
The movie marks the third collaboration between Belle Mariano and director Cathy Garcia-Sampana, who has previously worked behind the scenes on some of Mariano’s hit projects with Donny Pangilinan. Garcia-Sampana believes this is a crucial moment for Mariano to further explore her acting depth and versatility.
Back in February, it was first confirmed that Cathy Garcia-Sampana and Belle Mariano would work together again for a full-length feature. At the time, the director expressed her excitement about helping Belle navigate a new chapter in her career, working alongside high-caliber co-stars.
Mariano, for her part, also shared how she and on-screen partner Donny Pangilinan support each other’s solo ventures.
Rumors swirled in May when Piolo Pascual was reportedly cast to play Belle’s father in the movie, delighting fans who praised the actor for his consistent professionalism and warm energy on set. The speculation gained traction when Pascual allegedly responded with a “yes” when asked about his involvement—now confirmed by Star Cinema.
Joshua Garcia’s name also came up as a possible cast member, and his inclusion is now officially part of the film’s powerhouse ensemble, further raising expectations. Singer-actor Juan Karlos rounds out the lead cast.
While the teaser has already made waves online, filming for ‘Meet, Greet & Bye’ is expected to begin next month.
