Are you familiar with the characters Aria, Spencer, Hanna, Emily and Alison of the hit teen drama “Pretty Little Liars?”
TV5’s Philippine adaptation of “Pretty Little Liars” will be the first attempt of a local TV Network to adapt a Hollywood series. This will be happening on the second quarter of the year with Sophie Albert, Chanel Morales, Stephanie Rowe and introducing Daniel Lee as leads of the series.
The story of “Pretty Little Liars” will follow the story of four girls whose clique falls apart after the disappearance of their queen bee, Alison. Sounds familiar right?! Not because you have watched the original series but also, we have seen a show titled “Dormitoryo” of GMA Network a familiar plot and story to this Hollywood series.
GMA Network’s “Dormitoryo” didn’t hit the expectations on TV ratings. We’ll see if this legally adapted series will rate well. Goodluck!
