August 1, 2014 (QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES) – Will Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) finally give Ser Chief (Richard Yap) her sweetest ‘Yes?’ Fans and avid viewers who have been longing to get answers to the relationship status of the Philippines’ most loved tandem will finally get the answer to this cliffhanger question and more in the sub-titled version of the well-loved kilig-serye, “Be Careful With My Heart” in English on The Filipino Channel (TFC) worldwide this August.

In the first episode airing on August 3 (August 2 Pacific time), Maya is still bothered by where she and Ser Chief left things off – they have decided to take a breather until they can figure out what their relationship really means.  While in the province of Iloilo, Ser Chief, finally breaks the silence and immediately calls Maya to tell her his true feelings.  Maya finally answers in the affirmative and tells him how she really feels about her former employer.

Also in this episode, Maya’s family flies from San Nicolas to Manila for her upcoming graduation while Kute (Aiza Seguerra) is left in San Nicolas due to a flight problem.  Nanay Teresita also gets the chance to talk to Ser Chief and apparently, does not have any qualms about him or the relationship but just tells Ser Chief to take good care of her daughter which Ser Chief promises to do so.  On Maya’s graduation day, she is surprised by Kute who, through the help of Ser Chief, was able to make it from their hometown of San Nicolas to Manila on Maya’s special day.

In celebration of Mother’s Day, also airing in this first episode this August, Ser Chief, Luke (Jerome Ponce), Nikki (Janella Salvador), and Abby (Mutya Orquia) visit the grave of the Lim matriarch, Alex (Sunshine Cruz).  Ser Chief asks for permission to love again with a promise that he will never replace her in his heart especially since she is the mother of his three children.

In the next episode airing August 10 worldwide (August 9 Pacific time), Maya and Ser Chief, now officially together, are having a hard time divulging the news to the Lim kids so the former decides to take the whole family to a summer getaway at the beach so he can finally reveal his relationship with Maya.  The two love birds, however, decide to explain everything about them when they get back to Manila.  At the Lim residence, Nikki confronted Maya about seeing the couple talking on the beach.  Maya, caught off guard, panics and walks out of the residence.

Ser Chief finally reveals to his kids that he and Maya are together and explains to them how things eventually worked out for them.  This is also one of the most special kilig episodes in the series as our well-loved couple share their first kiss. Nikki, on the other hand,is not at all pleased with the news so she rushes to her Lola Esmeralda (Marissa Delgado) and Lolo Roberto’s (Noel Trinidad) house and discloses everything which leaves her dad very disappointed.  Nikki eventually accepts Maya as her dad’s girlfriend.  Doña Esmeralda then invites Maya for coffee and gives her the warm welcome as part of their family, which leaves Maya speechless.

With Sir Chief’s parents welcoming Maya and Maya’s family doing the same thing to Ser Chief, there is only one thing left to do for Sir Chief: to propose.  Sir Chief takes Maya on a cruise ship for a special date.  Before their date ends, Sir Chief kneels down and finally pops out the most important “Will you marry me?” question to Maya which the latter answers with a resounding ‘yes.’

In the next two episodes airing August 17 and August 24 (August 16 and August 23 Pacific time), the world is in for a thrill in the biggest and most romantic fairy-tale wedding event on worldwide TV – the Richard ‘Sir Chief’ Lim – Maya dela Rosa nuptials. The two super kilig and packed episodes start with the wedding ceremony where Maya finally weds his prince charming and shares with him her ‘happy ever after.’  The reception follows where Ser Chief surprises Maya with a special celebrity guest, Maya’s favorite singer and icon, Jose Mari Chan who serenades them with their theme song, “Please Be Careful with My Heart.”  Another special guest who surprises Maya during the wedding reception is her father (Lito Pimentel).

In the last episode this month airing August 31 (August 30 Pacific time), the newlyweds spend their honeymoon in Maya’s hometown, San Nicolas.  As the newest ‘Mrs. Chief,’ Maya has decided to settle in the Lim residence after their honeymoon to focus more on the three kids.  Ser Chief assures Nanay Teresita that he will never leave Maya and that his love for her will last forever.

Find out more kilig surprises and catch the biggest wedding event on TV on “Be Careful With My Heart” English sub-titled version for non-Filipino speaking viewers this August, every Sunday on TFC worldwide (Saturdays, Pacific time).  Never miss a single kilig episode via TFC’s video-on-demand service (internet protocol television [IPTV]) and official online service, TFC.tv.  Connect with fellow global Filipinos, visit www.facebook.com/KapamilyaTFC or follow @KapamilyaTFC on twitter and instagram for updates.
